Le Grand Marché en Rose
On Saturday, November 14, 2026, Le Grand Marché en Rose returns to Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu. Join us for an evening celebrating exceptional flavours, all dressed in pink, in support of the Breast Cancer Foundation Quebec. Meet approximately fifteen renowned guest chefs and an equal number of Charlevoix producers, who will come together to showcase their unique creations inspired by the region’s rich terroir in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Hosted for more than a decade by sommelier, speaker and entrepreneur Jessica Harnois, Le Grand Marché en Rose will once again welcome Lolitta Dandoy, breast cancer survivor, as a special guest. A silent auction featuring exceptional prizes will also take place throughout the evening, with all proceeds benefiting the Breast Cancer Foundation Quebec.
This year’s edition proudly celebrates the 30th anniversary of the Charlevoix Flavour Trail (Route des Saveurs de Charlevoix)!
