Le grand marché en rose
On November 15, 2025, Le Grand Marché en Rose returns to the Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu. A culinary experience bursting with flavors and dressed entirely in pink, in support of the Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation. Come meet about fifteen guest chefs and an equal number of producers from Charlevoix, all gathered to showcase their unique creations inspired by local flavors, in an exceptionally friendly atmosphere. Hosted for over 10 years by sommelier, speaker, and entrepreneur Jessica Harnois, Le Grand Marché en Rose will also feature the participation of Lolitta Dandoy, a breast cancer survivor. A silent auction with fantastic prizes will also take place throughout the evening in support of the Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation.
