Description of the method of awarding prizes:

The winner will be picked by random draw through Each participant who respects the conditions of participation will have an equal chance to win. Duplicates will be removed. One winner will be picked for both platforms.

The number, the detailed description of the prices offered and the value of each:

The prize is a two-night stay at Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu in a Fairmont Luxury room for two adults and up to two children aged 17 years old and under including daily breakfast plus taxes and tip,  daily resort experience fee plus taxes as well as all provincial, federal and accommodation taxes on the room. The total value of the prize is $1,242. The prize is valid for a stay between Sunday and Thursday only, until Thursday, December 16, 2021. Subject to availability. Blackout dates apply such as the holiday period and statutory holiday weekends. All dates will be specified on the gift certificate. The prize cannot be cashed in or transferred.

The random draw on will be done at Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu by the digital marketing and public relations specialist on Monday, November 23, 2020 at 12pm.

The mention of the media used to notify the winners of the prize:

The winner will be announced via the contest post and in its comments on Facebook and Instagram. The prize will be sent to the winner via email or the mail as a gift certificate.

Section 5.10. of Rules Respecting Publicity Contests “Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.”

Section 12. of Rules Respecting Publicity Contests “A person for whom a publicity contest is carried on, his employee, representative or agent, a member of the jury and the persons with whom they are domiciled may not enter the contest.”
