A corridor revealing 125 years of history
Starting in January, visitors can immerse themselves in this anniversary year by exploring the 125 ans d’Histoire exhibition space, located in the corridor behind the lobby. Originally installed for the resort’s 120th anniversary, the exhibition has taken a contemporary turn, in collaboration with Cité-Mémoire Charlevoix, by integrating augmented reality and short audio excerpts in twelve tableaux, allowing visitors to discover key moments in Le Manoir‘s history. By scanning a QR code, holiday visitors are greeted by Cardinal Richelieu himself, who welcomes them to “his” Manoir and invites them to learn about its history.
