Ici on recycle is a Quebec-based recognition program designed to encourage industries, businesses, and institutions (IBIs) to adopt best practices in residual waste management.

Fourchette bleue encourages consumers, restaurateurs, and fishmongers across Quebec to feature the many edible yet lesser-known species from the St. Lawrence River on their menus, with a focus on sustainable development and biodiversity protection. Our restaurant, Le Saint-Laurent, is certified Fourchette Bleue.

Aliments du Québec is a certification program that identifies products made with at least 85% ingredients sourced from Quebec and processed within the province. Today, all of our outlets are certified Aliments du Québec.

Clé Verte Réunion is an international certification for sustainable meetings and events, designed to encourage event organizers to adopt more environmentally responsible practices. We have been certified at the 5 Keys level since 2024.

Défi Saint-Laurent is a program aimed at reducing plastic consumption. Members commit to taking simple awareness and mobilization actions to lower their environmental footprint.

Clé Verte is the hospitality industry’s leading sustainability certification program. Today, it is the world’s largest sustainable tourism certification, with over 3,400 certified establishments across 65 countries. The Green Key certification is awarded to establishments that commit to meeting a series of strict environmental criteria. Le Manoir Richelieu has been working with Green Key for over 20 years.

Audubon Golf  is an environmental certification program for golf courses, aimed at recognizing courses that are committed to protecting the environment and preserving natural resources.

Ocean Wise Fruits de mer is a Canadian certification that guarantees our seafood comes from sustainable sources. We select products that meet rigorous standards for responsible fishing and aquaculture, helping to preserve marine ecosystems.

We are certified by Kéroul, the only accessibility recognition officially recognized by the Quebec Ministry of Tourism. This certification demonstrates our commitment to welcoming all visitors, including guests with reduced mobility, by ensuring an inclusive and enjoyable experience across our facilities and services.
