Earth Day !
Celebrate Earth Day with us in a full day of activities focused on environmental awareness.
In the morning, we’ll be offering a green tour of the hotel at 10 a.m., followed by a craft workshop at 11 a.m.

In the afternoon, we invite you to join us for enriching conferences on the theme of the St. Lawrence, between 1:30 and 5 p.m., with La Biosphère de Charlevoix, GREMM, Défi Saint Laurent, Parcs Canada et La Baleine Nomade sharing their knowledge and passion for preserving this vital ecosystem.
In the evening, our talented chef will propose a 5-course 100% locavore menu in collaboration with Chefs Félix (La Marmite), Luc Pouliot (Le Sainti), Patrick Dubé (Le Germain), Simon Fortin and Kévin Leroy (Manoir pastry chef) and local producers and chefs to highlight sustainable practices and the richness of our region.
